Dates: 12/29,1/05, 1/12, 1/19, 1/26, and 2/2


Time Slots: 1:00/2:30/4:00 PM


This league is designed for you to participate for a minimum of four weeks to enhance your opportunity to develop as a hitter. In each of the six weeks, we will breakdown a different portion of your swing so that you can progress properly prior to moving on to the next step of the swing.


Cost: $25 per session

Additional discount of $5 off after purchasing package of four

Each session will be 75 minutes

You have the ability to sign up for one day and hit in each time slot or come all six dates and pick a specific time slot to fit your needs. 

We may move you to a different time to afford you the opportunity to work with players in the same age group.

You will also have the opportunity to use the Hit Trax machine.The Hit Trax gives you instant data and video analysis of every swing and can be sent to your email on a weekly basis. This will allow you to compare your swing over the six week span.

Some of the things that you will get with the HIT TRAX

  • Live Video Feed- video that will automatically capture each hit following each swing
  • Exit Velocity- velocity of batted ball
  • Launch Angle- vertical angle of batted ball
  • Distance- simulated distance of batted ball
  • Pitch- velocity of pitch coming in
  • Hard Hits- hits with in 10% of players max velocity
  • Hard Hit Avg- average of hard hits
  • Line Drives and Hard Hits- total of line drives and hard hits
  • Chart display (POI) Points of Impact- displays where the ball was hit with respect to home plate
  • Strike Zone- displays the exact position of the incoming pitch and displays metrics for each section of the zone
  • Spray Charts- displays the location where the ball comes to rest or is picked up by

Session 1: Hitting 1:00-2:30pm

Session 2: Fielding 2:30-4:00 pm

Session 2: Pitchers/Catchers 2:30-4:00 pm

Session 3: Hitting 4:00-5:30


* Each of these clinics are separate and individual of the other*

These hitting sessions will be instructional training given by Transy Softball staff. We will work with all aspects of the swing. 

Fielding techniques will be worked on for infield and outfield groups.

Participants will have the opportunity to utilize our new HIT TRAX machine.

Session 2: Pitching and Catching

Participants of the pitching and catching will have the opportunity to utilize our new HIT TRAX machine.

The HIT TRAX machine will calculate:

  • Pitch Velocity- how hard the ball is coming in
  • Pitch Break- how much your ball moved
  • Pitch location- where it entered the hitting zone
  • Pop time- time it takes to throw the ball to second back


Session 2: Fielding 

During fielding participants will be broken into infield and outfield groups.

Infielders will improve on:

  • Glove work
  • Going through a ball
  • Choosing the correct hop
  • First steps
  • Backwards angels to balls
  • Footwork for fielding every type of ball
  • Arm angels

Outfielders will improve on:

  • Do or die
  • Choosing the right hop
  • Crow hopping
  • Angels to the ball
  • How to cut balls off
  • Drop step 
  • Fly ball set up
  • Footwork for every fly ball and ground ball scenario
